All You Need Is Love, Love – Love Is All You Need

Love beyond any version of the word that human minds can contemplate awaits in 5-D and Infinity. It has been patiently waiting all along for minds to awaken from their induced coma. The heart-opening I have been saying would come for so long – that I was told about during my own awakening in 1990 – is now here for unprecedented numbers in the simulation era. This is the reason those people are being targeted by the forces of schism and inversion. They seek to close our hearts with fear. We must not let them and if we don’t succumb we shall prevail. The Nag Hammadi quote said of the Archon effect on humanity: ‘… they closed their hearts’. Researcher Paul Levy refers to Wetiko as a ‘frigid, icy heart, devoid of mercy’.

Look at Schwab, Gates, Fauci, Whitty, Trudeau, Freeland, Biden, Johnson, Macron, Draghi, Ardern, Morrison, ad infinitum. What do you see? Frigid, icy hearts, devoid of mercy. Levy adds that the way to ‘defeat’ evil is not to try to destroy it by playing Wetiko’s game. It is rather to find the invulnerable place within ourselves where evil cannot vanquish us. That ‘place’ is love and 5-D awareness. We should never forget that Wetiko and its manifestations in form need us. We don’t need them.

Wetiko/Yaldabaoth/Satan/Saytan/Iblis and its Cult are dependent on us to survive. Levy writes:

A vampire has no intrinsic, independent, substantial existence in its own right; it only exists in relation to us. The pathogenic, vampiric mind-parasite called wetiko is nothing in itself – not being able to exist from its own side – yet it has a ‘virtual reality’ such that it can potentially destroy our species [...] The fact that a vampire is not reflected by a mirror can also mean that what we need to see is that there’s nothing, no-thing to see, other than ourselves. The fact that wetiko is the expression of something inside of us means that the cure for wetiko is with us as well. The critical issue is finding this cure within us and then putting it into effect.

The character in The Matrix known as the Merovingian, says: ‘It is remarkable how similar the pattern of love is to the pattern of insanity.’ The Merovingian is a symbolic agent of the Matrix and so he would think that.

Without experiencing love of the Infinite kind, and what love makes you do and stand for, it would appear to be insanity to Wetiko. But this love is what holds infinity together; it’s the foundation, the first and last, of everything.

Once you are touched by it and access its gifts of wisdom and knowing you are never the same again. I know that is true. It touched me on a hill in Peru in 1990. We speak of the human spirit when we are really speaking of expanded awareness beyond ‘human’. We are capable of amazing creativity and acts of courage, determination, kindness, and love. We see it all the time amid the madness and self-destruction.

These are all expressions of our natural state, our default position – love in its Infinite Sense. Wetiko cannot stay where love reigns and the entire foundation of its focus is to block the manifestation of love within its target hearts and minds. The realisation that we are not ‘human’, but a state of expanded awareness trapped in the illusion of ‘human’, will trigger our conscious connection to who we really are – love. Simply love. We have been manipulated to forget that and it is time to remember. What happens from here depends upon it. Love is not limited to attraction. In its true sense it does not require attraction. Nor is love a word that ushers so easily from the lips whether or not you mean it or understand it. People who have told me most often how much they love me and support my work have provided some of the biggest challenges to me and my work and I have seen those who talk about love so full of hatred that they seek to destroy others. Words are easy.

Love in its purest form is not so easy to express in a world that seeks its elimination. But we must seek to be that love, for it is who we really are.

This love is not ‘I love you’. It is ‘I love’. This love is not the human love of mere attraction. It comes not from the groin, but the heart which is our connection to the Infinite Love that we are. This love is without fear for it knows there is nothing to fear. We are Infinite Forever and we remain so no matter what our current experience may be. This love will always do what it knows to be right and will never be swayed from that by fear of consequences. To consider consequences is to consider not doing what you know to be right and this love would never do that. This love is not to be felt. It is to be. It is not a feeling, it is a being, an isness.

This love comes from a transformation of self-identity. Know that the body and the world of ‘human’ is illusion. Hold that awareness always. Know that you are Infinite Consciousness and you will reconnect with the True ‘I’ – love. The energy of worldwide freedom marches and events is so different because of this. Love is the energy, the being, the perception, the isness, that will change our reality and return us to paradise. We only have to open our hearts and live what they tell us to live.

Who am I? I am All That Is, Has Been, And Ever Can Be, having a brief experience called ‘human’.

Who are you?

The same.

Live it, be it, and everything shall change.

Make Your Resource States Immediately Available

The notion of anchoring is one of the central concepts of NLP (neurolinguistic programming — Ed.). It concerns a natural phenomenon which consists in associating an external stimulus to an internal state. The memory trigger is a famous example of spontaneous anchoring. By eating a sponge finger cake, Proust remembers in greatest detail a scene from his childhood. In this case, the trigger is a taste (stimuli) which awakens nostalgia (internal state). There are many other possibilities of anchorings. We can have associated the first notes of a song to a very joyful evening or the image of a beach with the sensation of relaxation. Most anchors are unconscious, but we can create them deliberately. Then, instead of undergoing a particular mood, we can choose it. Anchoring is one of the simplest ways of taking control of your mood and having access to an array of resource states.

We call ‘resource states’, the states which are optimal to live a situation (courage, relaxation or concentration) and ‘limiting states’ those which hinder and damage us (stress, fear, lack of motivation, etc.).

Managing internal states consists in choosing the adequate internal state in a given situation, being able to engage it and knowing how to remain in this state during the situation. In parallel, we learn to avoid entering invalidating states and to deactivate them. We can also create beforehand positive anchors which will be activated when needed.

Being able to draw from one’s wealth, the question to ask is: ‘What is the most appropriate internal state to face this situation?

Find a previous situation where you lived this positive state. Mentally relive the scene with your five senses until you intensely get in touch with the resource state then associate it to a sensory anchoring: a pressure on the skin or a small victorious “Yes!” Personally, I like the anchoring which consists in closing the fist as if we were holding our internal state in our hand. So that the anchor works, you need to place it as soon as you enter this resource state entirely. Then, by doing the exact same gesture, the resource state returns with the same intensity. Do not choose a gesture that is too common; the anchor would be quickly worn out by other requests. Contrary to behaviouristic practices, if the anchor is well placed, it is not necessary to repeat it, to guarantee longetivity.

All the resources necessary for your evolution are inside you. You can now condemn the access to your old highways of gloom, discouragement and rumination. Anchor all these beautiful resources which you have in you: your state of awakening and curiosity, your benevolence, your optimism…

For example, now, which resource do you need to integrate your overefficiency? I would personally suggest you anchor a curiosity and pure wonderment like a child who discovers a park with swings. So you shall study yourselves by thinking “What a beautiful brain! It is fantastic to be able to be a lemur in my tree-like thoughts! Yahoo, it’s so fast in my head!

As I Began to Love Myself...

Charlie Chaplin is best known today as a comedian who starred in silent films from 1920 through 1950, recognizable even today by his iconic moustache and hat. While many people can still identify him as a silent film star, few people know just how insightful and intelligent he was.

The scene from The Great Dictator in which Charlie speaks of our connectedness as human beings, our inherent rights on the planet, and how we have lost our way because of greed, is perhaps our greatest indication of the mind behind the man. Even though he passed away some 50 years ago, his legacy lives on and he continues to inspire us daily with amazing insight, wisdom, and humour. The following poem offers his unique and perceptive understanding of self-love. (Source)

P. S.: Many thanks to La Luciole for his help researching archive footage. I would also like to dedicate this article to my late great uncle Charley from Kansas who was a contemporary and great fan of Charlie Chaplin.

As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody if I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me. Today I call it “RESPECT”.

As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow. Today I call it “MATURITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm. Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.

As I began to love myself I quit stealing my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for the future. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm. Today I call it “SIMPLICITY”.

As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism. Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.

As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.

As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worrying about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where everything is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.

As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born. Today I know “THAT IS LIFE”!

Let Go of the People Who Aren’t Ready to Love You

Those words by Anthony Hopkins (Hannibal the Cannibal in The Silence of the Lambs) — “Let go of people who aren't ready to love you yet! This is the hardest thing you'll have to do in your life and it will also be the most important thing: stop giving your love to those who aren't ready to love you yet” — that have been shared on social media, since 2020, in a meme format but also as part of an essay-length piece — were actually not written by Hopkins.

The original text, which appears to have been slightly modified and attributed to the British actor, was indeed published two years before Hopkins name was mentioned, by essayist Brianna Wiest on Thought Catalog. She's also published similar works in a book. I just wanted the truth to be re-established.

That said, this phenomenon of misattributing quotes to famous figures is quite common on social media and I would urge you to be thorough and vigilant as regards the sources of whatever you're sharing, lest you inadvertently spread false truths and ultimately lose credibility.

I hope you enjoy my video adaptation. Please, go and like it on YouTube and Crowdbunker.

Let go of the people who aren’t ready to love you. It is the hardest thing you will ever have to do, and it will also be the most important: stop giving your love to those who aren’t ready to love you.

Stop having hard conversations with people who don’t want to change. Stop showing up for people who are indifferent about your presence. Stop prioritizing people who make you an option. Stop loving people who aren’t ready to love you.

I know that your instinct is to do whatever you can to earn the good graces of everyone you can, but that is also the impulse that will rob you of your time, your energy and your sanity.

When you start showing up to your life wholly and completely, with joy and interest and commitment, not everyone is going to be ready to meet you there.
It doesn’t mean you need to change who you are. It means you need to stop loving people who aren’t ready to love you.

If you’re left out, subtly insulted, mindlessly forgotten about or easily disregarded by the people you spend the most time with, you’re doing yourself an incredible disservice by continuing to offer your energy and life to them.

The truth is that you are not for everyone, and everyone is not for you. That’s what makes it so special when you do find the few people with whom you have a genuine friendship, love or relationship: you’ll know how precious it is because you’ve experienced what it isn’t.

But the longer you spend trying to force someone to love you when they aren’t capable, the longer you’re robbing yourself of that very connection. It is waiting for you. There are billions of people on this planet, and so many of them are going to meet you at your level, vibe where you are, connect with where you’re going.

But the longer you stay small, tucked into the familiarity of the people who use you as a cushion, a back burner option, a therapist and a ploy for their emotional labor, the longer you keep yourself out of the community you crave.

Maybe if you stop showing up, you’ll be less liked.

Maybe you’ll be forgotten about altogether.

Maybe if you stop trying, the relationship will cease.

Maybe if you stop texting, your phone will stay dark for days and weeks.

Maybe if you stop loving someone, the love between you will dissolve.

That doesn’t mean you ruined a relationship. It means that the only thing sustaining a relationship was the energy you and you alone were putting into it.

That’s not love. That’s attachment.

The most precious, important thing that you have in your life is your energy. It is not your time that is limited, it is your energy. What you give it to each day is what you will create more and more of in your life. What you give your time to is what will define your existence.

When you realize this, you’ll begin to understand why you’re so anxious when you spend your time with people who are wrong for you, and in jobs or places or cities that are wrong, too.

You’ll begin to realize that the foremost important thing you can do for your life and yourself and everyone you know is to protect your energy more fiercely than anything else.

Make your life a safe haven in which only people that can care and listen and connect are allowed.

You are not responsible for saving people.

You are not responsible for convincing them they want to be saved.

It is not your job to show up for people and give away your life to them, little by little, moment by moment, because you pity them, because you feel bad, because you “should,” because you’re obligated, because, at the root of it all, you’re afraid to not be liked back.

It is your job to realize that you are the master of your fate, and that you are accepting the love you think you’re worthy of.

Decide you’re deserving of real friendship, true commitment and complete love with people who are healthy and thriving.

Then wait in the darkness, just for a little bit…

… And watch how quickly everything begins to change.

Stepping Out of the Persona

Reading this some thirty pages long mini ebook by Lulumineuse on ego – which she calls “Persona” or “Mask" – I could not help thinking of the eponymous Mask movie featuring Jim Carrey. Of course, “masks” in “real” life are not so grotesque, however that's the idea (and by the way, any irony with existing mandatory masks is purely coincidental).

As always, Lulu provides practical examples from her real-life experience to explain the mask concept, why it undermines all relationships (including the relationship with oneself), and how we can get rid of it for greater well-being both for us and for society. This reading was so enlightening, I felt urged to share it with someone I like a lot. Unfortunately he's not fluent in French, which gave me the idea to translate it with the author's blessing, who turned out to be as excited as I was at the idea. A challenge I'm proud to have taken up for myself but also for all those who will thus be able to discover these precious teachings in a language they can understand.

Below is a large excerpt representing approximately one fourth of the entire text which you may download for free here :

How do we behave when we step into our persona or, inconversely, when we are ourselves? How can we avoid getting carried away by our own persona or other people's in everyday life? How can we keep a check on ourselves and align with our magnificent, luminous, and loving True Self?

Stepping out of the persona is the basis of all relationships.

At birth we do not wear a mask as we haven't built a persona yet. It is precisely because they are fully themselves that babies are so fascinating. Take my three-year-old daughter for instance. She is fully herself and devoid of any built form. She does have personality characteristics, but they're not locked into a persona or a role. The persona is actually the role we create for ourselves and retreat into.

This is not a bad thing. It is just an armour, a constructed identity we rely on in order to survive. But this is a real issue when people identify with this constructed identity only, which we may call persona hypnosis. This identity is growing increasingly detached from our True Self, from who we are deep inside. It could be likened to the Small I – the ego self.

In such a situation, we'll tend to endure life rather than perceive it. We'll entertain the belief that everything happening originates from outside, that we are separate from everything. Thus, we do not think we have created what befalls us and rather feel that life hits us. In so identifying with our persona, we cut ourselves off altogether.

We all have our unique way of sustaining this persona. Taking time to figure it out together is already stepping out of the persona. After a while, in our own time, we take off the mask of who we thought we were – the constructed persona. In doing so, we can see what is actually behind it. Right there is an entity, a primal energy. We reconnect to this energy and gradually choose to espouse this truly divine identity, which is way beyond our worldly identity. It is the light within each one of us. It may scare the persona as it could lose its identity. For we are gradually removing the various layers as a pilgrim would – “peeling off” the layers.

This is how we could introduce this concept of persona and True Self.

Incidentally, persona is a Latin word referring to the theatrical mask worn by stage actors.

When we step out of the persona, even though we may, of course, step back in anytime, we're getting better at not locking ourselves within. In addition, communicating with people stuck in their persona may be difficult. So we feel as if we were living in a great theatre play where we have taken our mask off and they haven't. Their persona thus still permeates their responses.

We want to tell them that the play is over, that they can step out of their role, but it's not possible as everything you say is then chosen and interpreted by their persona. It is therefore hard to talk with someone who hasn't dropped their mask.

The persona doesn't want to listen to what you're telling them because it finds it weird and makes everything about them. Do not feed the persona. It is never the gateway to what nourishes the soul. It seeks to respond, not to listen. Besides, there is no point in criticising the persona since we all are at times. The key for not stepping into and staying in the persona and hypnosis has been given to us a long time ago in The Four Agreements, which we will discuss right now. Then we will take a pragmatical look at those specific moments in our life when we step into the persona as well as look at all the keys and tools for not dwelling init and for embodying our true identity – our own unique identity.

When I created my blog, I wrote: “When Lucile becomes Lulumineuse”. Lucile Houssin is my worldly identity and I do not wish to keep this mask. This is not what I am. Beyond our names and surnames, we are all the Light.

Binary Thinking

It's black, it's white
It's tough for you to get by
It's black, it's white

"Black or White", Michael Jackson (1991)

The system induces us to think in a certain way in order to control us. Duality is the matrix world in which we live in. But do we really have to play along this duality?

Good and evil, black or white, heroes and villains, good or bad. The media enjoy using this bias and force its way into our brains to make us think along those lines. And so many people think this way indeed, even ”conspiracy theorists”.

Let us take the example of Trump who's back in the news: many are ready to defend him by hook or by crook for all the good things he's done – such as increasing job creation for Black and Hispanic communities, exposing fake news, and essentially destroying the foundations of the Deep State. On the other hand, many also hate him because he promoted the vaccine and invited his audience to take the jab. As a result, there's a strong polarity: he is either worshipped – you have to listen, follow him, etc., never challenge what he's doing – or hated, condemned, and assimilated as “controlled opposition and you must not listen to him. However, it is very rare to find a rhetoric which is none of the above. Why is that?

Binary thinking. Black or white.

So if Hitler had said that 2+2=4, what should we have thought? “Great, he's telling the truth, we must follow him“? “No, he's an evil bastard, we must not listen anything he says”? Or none of this?

As you can see in this example, none of the answers is actually true and valid, and it's essentially the same thing for everything presented to us.

In opting for black or for white, we are closing the door to a huge avenue of other possibilities which could be in better adequation with reality. On the other hand, choosing black or white amounts to create a direct opposition as it cannot be grey; it's either black or white. And given that our mind loves to be right and hates being wrong, we are automatically bound to be confronted with those who opted for the opposite colour.

However, we are social beings. We need one another. We are all connected, we all live on the same planet, and we all have the same basic needs.

So why confront them? Why can't we simply choose to dump black and white to come up all with something greyish?

Well, grey is dirty, some may say. This world has been divided because we decided to pick up our colour and wear it on our sleeve as the Truth.

But the truth is that we are 7.9 billion human beings on this planet and each one of us has a different world view, so is binary thinking really useful for the good functioning of our species?

Let us take the example of Trump again: it is abundantly clear that he has contributed a lot in destroying the Deep State and it's equally obvious that despite his praising the vaccine, you should not take it. However, does it make him all black or all white? Is there something else behind all this ? Do we have all the information to know for sure whether he is good or evil? No, in the end, it's all about assumptions, but taking sides and defending our position at all costs brings us into conflict with our brothers and sisters who are also trying to get through this situation. So ultimately, what is the point in playing this game?

For whether he is good or evil, we can challenge the fact that we don't need politics which are also about opposing sides. Besides, remaining in black or white mode holds us in our position and oblivious to anything else. And the Deep State loves taking us there, introducing doubt, surprise, black and white... messy mysteries.

Nothing is all black and nothing is all white. Life is made up of a variety of colours and tones, and that's actually what makes it so awesome. So it may be time for us to get out of binary choices and learn together how to blend our colours so as to create a beautiful harmony on Earth.

Ultimately, the same harmony we want to create in our hearts.

What Is an Egregore?

Initially, an egregore is a thought taking shape no matter what it's about. This thought-form then combines with a similar collective thought and merges together, attracting 10, 100, 1000 other similar thought-forms until it becomes an energy entity.

An egregore is generated by a powerful group mind. When many individuals focus together in the same way on the same thing, they create joint energy. We have all experienced the stimulating effect of sharing an exciting project or a significant moment, whether it's good news or disaster.

So what kind of egregore are we going to create?

All our loving or angry thoughts will create such flow. It's up to everyone as to what they should develop in their world. Many people focusing on a same issue as we're experiencing right now, create a egregore of anger and frustration. Still, it generates even more negative energy, attracting dark thoughts while keeping it alive.

Let's create fixing egregores — egregores that lead us through distressing situations. Let's send light rather than mist to humanity.

Yes, everything is falling apart. Yes, it's neither simple nor easy to live with, however we cannot hope to find inner peace while remaining in such negative mass mind.

Let's create egregores of joy, love, peace for everyone. This is the only way for us to get out of the current crisis. The more energy of light we build up, the quicker darkness will go away, and the sooner we break with transmitted fear, the more peaceful our lives will be.

The Beginning of the End

Conspiracy theorists are annoying because they're often right and in the long run their theories tend to turn into hard facts. So I was definitely not mistaken when I warned you that 2021 would be much worse than 2020; that humanity would be split in two; that there would be a parting of the ways; and that we would ALL be forced to make a choice. A crucial decision we had to take willy-nilly, even though some already regret giving in to the demands or listening to the sirens' song which promised them they could have their (much loathed) old lives back.

If only the majority could step back and take an unbiased look at their own logic to see how incoherent it all is... this macabre farce would cease immediately. We could then start building a new world on sound and fair foundations, which would be nothing like the one we left behind. For after biting its own tail for so long, the Snake eventually ate itself.

The Talion Sleeps Tonight

Running around in circles,
Feeling caged by endless rules...
Free me! Free me!
Free me from this world,
I don't belong here,
It was a mistake imprisoning my soul...

"Explorers", Muse (2012)

The Ouroboros, this symbol of infinity actually represents the wheel of karma perpetuated by the enforcement of the Lex Talionis Law, trapping humanity into an endless cycle of cause and effect. Imagine serving a life sentence inside a washing machine or a centrifuge? Which of the chicken or the egg... How coincidental 2022 looks like a family of swans trailing a gigantic egg!

An eye for an eye is only a feature of the weak as it takes a lot of courage (heart) to forgive (yourself more than anyone else). Forgiveness has, of course, nothing to do with condoning. As for the false sense of impunity frequently invoked by the unreliable autopilot (ego) to justify his dismissing the guidance of his air traffic controller (soul), it is nothing other than a deliberate programming error meant to prevent us from taking off, leaving all excess baggage behind.

The ego is totally unaware of the Universal Laws of Life. The Law of Cause and Effect supersedes the Law of Free Will. In other words, you are free to choose, think, believe, say, decide and do whatever you want, but you are also fully accountable for all your choices, thoughts, beliefs, words, decisions and actions.

Reality is not limited to what your five senses perceive and thus you are mistaken and deluded if you think impunity does apply to some people. In truth, no one knows what it's like to be in another person's shoes. There's always more than meets the eye. You can never know for sure what's happening behind closed doors. The Great Whole moves in mysterious ways and we are all holders of its Truth but in tiny different fractions just like the many pieces of an unfinished jigsaw puzzle.

While arrogance may cause you to hit rock-bottom, humility will uplift you above the highest mountains.

The Allegory of the Mirror

You certainly didn't fail to notice that all values have now been inverted and that the lunatics have taken over the asylum. It's normal. That's the split-up I was talking about where some chose to walk through the looking glass while others didn't. Hence each party believes their reality is the real one and that the other is inverted. How do you know which side of the mirror you're on then?

Well, that's pretty simple: you just take a few steps back. The fake reality won't allow you to step out of the box to see beyond the mirror's reflecting scope. Conversely, in the other reality, you are only limited by your desire and ability to take the necessary steps back as far as you're willing to go. While the first provides a narrow perspective which keeps shrinking (single worldview), the latter keeps expanding. The only way to escape con-fine-ment would be to smash the mirror, but since it's a mental metaphor of Hawkins' vibratory scale (as shown opposite), you'll have to raise your vibration to ever hope to get out of the fly trap.

Can you see now the real stake of this war of attrition waged against humanity and which takes place in our minds rather than in the battlefields?

Gaining perspective is essential if you want to avoid becoming what you fight and falling with the invisible enemy.

The Year of the Planetary Ascension

When a human being embraces Love on a purely emotional level, they become slaves to their own torments and may dread the good times on account of their transient if not disturbing nature. They are more concerned about what could go wrong or amiss than committing to instant gratitude. Control reassures them and happiness becomes a perpetual quest, keeping them away from the Light of the Now.

In the world unfolding before us, some need to embody the present so as to make it thrive in bliss and newfound Light. While others will have to cope with their own inner prisons until the day when they can look within as an initial glimmer of infinity.

No one can remove the inner barriers of their brothers and sisters, but you can all deeply inspire those around you. Not by pointing at the beacon in the night, but by embodying the Light of the beacon. Just like a sun only offering its luminous presence, the immense aura of which impregnates every being.

You can't pull at a flower to make it grow faster. But you can create and nurture the conditions for it to bloom.

Lulumineuse
26 Dec. 2021

Numerology-wise, 2022 is a universal 6 year of responsibility, love and service, while the triple twos and the zero of infinity amplify the need for cooperation. Number 6 corresponds to the Lover (or Crossroads) card in traditional tarot and “becomes the principle of conscious choice, the awareness of the bounds we build from experience and grow to better our involvement and learn useful lessons in the light of our own needs. [...] Love in all its diversity and multiplicity will become the unifying link.”(Source)

22 is a master number related to the Fool (or Jester) card which represents evolution, “the principle of freedom and truth standing as the culmination of a stage to start a new equally progressive one. Everything moves in circles along a spiral to push us towards new experiences so as to learn their inherent truth. Learning and the desire to know will be essential to whether you follow your own star or chase your tail without ever risking or daring to venture into the unknown.” (Source)

A new year beginning with a moonless night (new moon tomorrow), the third and last historical show of strength between Saturn and Uranus, and Pluto the Great Reformer moving into Sidereal Capricorn (power, institutions, establishment) in early February after two decades in Sagittarius (beliefs, religions, dogmas, philosophy, international finances). But we shall discuss that in another article next month to celebrate the Year of the Water Tiger.

May the Force be with you.

The Whole System Is at War With Life

The whole system is at war with life:

  • Prohibition on use of plants for healing.
  • Prohibition on use of essential oils.
  • Addition of toxic chemicals in water, food, air, soils, bodycare and cleaning products.
  • Mass manipulation to force healthy populations to inject themselves with an untested harmful product against a minor illness.
  • Complete negation of natural fundamental laws in favour of totalitarian and dictatorial laws.
  • Elimination of creativity at early ages.
  • Complete negation of spirituality.

All the things that make us who we are are completely ignored, ridiculed, and turned into “sectarian aberrations” and other qualifiers, so that people unconsciously perceive Life as their sworn enemy.

You can't put every ounce and fibre of your being into fighting against life and expect anything other than death.

Not necessarily physical death, but undoubtedly the death of your soul.

The death of the jewel which lies within each and everyone of us and makes us not quite ordinary beings.

We have incarnated to experience life.

Not to perpetuate death.

The system will always do everything it can to keep us away from what makes us who we are.

Are we going to continue listening to it without changing our ways and keep advancing towards death?

It's not a question of making enemy with the system or else we continue to perpetuate it.

Either way, it's accidentally bringing about the greatest awakening in human history.

It serves to point out where we should not go, what we should not do, and what opens doors for us to where we really want to go.

So yes, it takes courage to free ourselves, but shall we continue to perpetuate who we are not by nature?

Each and everyone of us is responsible for what has happened, what is happening, and what will happen.

So what are you going to do, right now, to create a world that suits you best?

For as long as we keep waiting for others to wake up, we're only creating a sleeping world.

Is this what we want?

What does it take to get a freer world?

Wait until we get our freedoms back? Or just take them back?

Stick to the same operating modes? Or pick new ones?

Entertain the same beliefs biased by the system? Or adopt new ones?

There's an important point here: whatever your choice, it is yours and must be honoured.

On the other hand, it is important to face it with honesty and take responsibility for your actions or lack of.

The power to change our lives, now and right away, is therefore in our hands.

We can create the world we want right now.

We are our own authority and nothing and no one can ever change that.

Confronting Your Fears

In this excellent article, a big-hearted (pragmatic) medium/channel replies to a comment on her Facebook page in which someone accused her of posting coaster rides, playing guru, and scaring people out with gloom messages (sic). As I mentioned last year in an article for a collective writing project between bloggers, fear is the absolute weapon. If you want to survive, you need to fight it. There is no other alternative as sticking your head in the sand will not preserve you of anything, let alone from the worst. So let's kick fear out!

Ey@el

I did not create duality on Earth. Addressing it enables you to choose what you allow or do not allow to be done to you. Duality means we don't live in a world of fantasy. That is the kind of illusion New Age wants to keep you in. As for the rollercoaster rides, unless you live in a cave, this is what our daily lives are made of: pleasure, frustration, limitation, expansion, etc.

Thank you for your comment. I'll take the opportunity to clarify a few things for many of you.

Fear is a frequency you agree or not to vibrate on and to nurture, which may in turn create the breeding ground for vampiric entities to feed on. Yes, everything is about frequency! To overcome it, it's not easy as it's not always the same. Some get overloaded with pain while at the same time others will keep on allowing the suffering.

These are your fears and it's okay to be scared because it means you are confronting them. However, it's up to you to understand and process your fears so as to release them. No one can be held responsible for your own shadow.

As I said, we're just at the early stages, so watch out for what's coming next.

I never sold dreams, illusions or mush regarding the realities of our world. It's a rude but necessary awakening indeed.

Yes, I do a dirty job, often misunderstood by those living on Sesame Street and who are disconnected from what is yet known and experienced by many. Off ground, I'm not here to lull you into fairy tales. These are only for children.

There are no such things as miracles nor gurus on this page, but I do know my thing. I don't post to push myself forward. I'm not after recognition, likes, or followers. Everyone processes things at their own pace and it's really okay to be scared. But don't apply your issue with everyone else because, I myself am afraid of nothing.

Finally, what transpires from your reply is the exact reflection of what I was exposing in my post: “a limited perception of yourself whereas you are an extremely powerful multidimensional being, which you are unaware of because every effort has been made from powerful forces beyond Earth to confine you within your emotional crystallisations.” Yes, by entities dwelling on other planes who need us to store energy for them as you would store food in the fridge.

Once again, you need to allow yourself to work and experiment knowledge beyond your formatting or what the matrix has allowed you to access to.

Moreover, you are holing yourself up in your fear and the guru in me kindly encourages you to confront it and release it so as to shrug off your cognitive impairment.

Whether you like it or not, the light does and will expose darkness and our own shadows.

You say you left Facebook and that within a month, nothing has changed. What about you? What did you change within a month? You see how New Age confines your thoughts and perceptions on 'the outside' while I'm trying to bring back your vision within.

And as for what you call 'judgemental', these are nothing but sets of incentives, gauges, and highlighting of ongoing limitations in order to allow you to reveal your true selves. So yes, sometimes it hurts and requires that you wake up from this collective manipulation/hypnosis.

I do hope you feel better in your perception of yourself and of your position so that you find you no longer fear anything as the source you carry within is such an incredible power.

Self-Love: How to Nurture Inner Peace

To me, the best training you can get is from daily life. I think we all have had interactions such as, for instance, in road traffic where some drivers can behave like animals.

Just outside my home, there's a country lane which covers a couple of kilometers and I always come across drivers who yield and greet me and it feels like we are on the same wavelength — and there are others who are outrightly domineering, who won't yield and expect you to yield, you don't know how and why, and on top of that, aren't even grateful, leaving you wondering why this still happens in 2020. Why is that you have this kind of perception that you should dominate everyone around you? Why can't you just say “thank you” and why can't you understand that together we can all have fraternal relationships? What is it that prevents you from having such relationships?

The answer is up to them. Everyone is on their own different level of evolution. Therefore I won't play his ego game. Because it's an ego domination game they're in. If I get into this, if I get angry, he wins. Anger is a weakness, so I won't be overwhelmed by it. I can feel anger rise inside, yet I choose to let go. I don't want to hurt myself for I know that my anger won't hurt him — he won't change because I get angry at him — but it definitely will hurt me. And these two minutes could ruin a wonderful day when I was so happy to get to where I wanted to go. So I come to my senses (since, again, I can only work to change myself) and tell myself that it's no big deal and still sincerely wish him to change his viewpoint because we really need the world to change. I wish him all the best from the bottom of my heart.

Sending love to Your SELF

While the watchword would be to “send him love”, I, for one, find that utterly hypocritical as most of the times, we don't mean it. It is so hypocritical to say that as I explained a couple of years ago in a workshop video. Saying that you must send love to the other person is completely daft. And absolutely wrong. Because in those circumstances where they really pissed you off (that's the word), they're not the one who need love! The one who is upset is you. You're unhappy because they misbehaved. I'm starting to feel angry therefore I'm the one who needs love since I'm straying from my own light. I am actually creating the consequences. However, the consequences may end with me instead of me sending and amplifying them. Therefore I'm the one who needs love. It means I need to calm down.

So how can I calm down? Through full awareness.

I am fully aware that the domineering behaviour totally lacks awareness. This person is hypnotised. They might simply be stuck in their own doldrums, caught up in a mental loop. There is nobody home and they are so worried that perhaps they're not even aware of what is happening. I don't know. I don't know this person. I cannot judge her through the game they play. Who knows, under normal circumstances, they may be quite cool. I have no idea. So I come back to my senses and acknowledge that that I don't know. I don't know why. i don't know the reasons why I'm experiencing this situation, but all I know is the attitude and the response I can adopt. This is where I can have control.

Therefore I need to send love to myself. It's okay Lulu, no big deal. I will still have a great day and also I sincerely hope this man will be able to move on and I wish him the very best. And I really mean it for we want to help people. Simply because we wish everyone could help one another so that we become more receptive and more fraternal in our interactions. This is far from being unhealthy. But on the other hand, if instead you feel angry (“this is wrong, he's such a pain in the ass, I'm going to send him love”),  this comes as purely hypocritical because, anyway, when you reside in your mental body, your love cannot go anywhere. Don't fool yourself, this is not love you're sending. You must stop claiming that. You need to send love to yourself. This how I send love to myself. Thus I come to full awareness and no longer harbour any animosity against this person as I understand — am aware of the situation. This is what sending love means. It's sending love to yourself. This is the first step to be able to really love the other person for who they are, i.e. I don't wish ill to this man, but I can understand him.

A daily learning process

Finally, I think that once you understand the basic principle of self-love, you can apply it on a daily basis to any situation. Thus, you will notice when you're hurting yourself.  I said 'no', but I actually meant 'yes' — I'm hurting myself! I agreed to take charge of everything, but now I don't feel like it anymore— I'm hurting myself!

It happens every time you bypass your deep inner desire.

It might seem trivial, but I hear from people who don't like their job, who don't like their partner, and who can't see how they ended up in this situation. It's through all these little things. And now they would like a magic wand to change things!

I get messages from people who write “I'm waiting for the world to change so that my life can change at last”. Your life is actually all the consequences of what you did not apply to yourself — of all this non-love. Now if you start with little things such as stopping to not loving yourself and not respecting your will (your true will) — this is self-love, then you'll see that things will change. You will see that real life is about doing the things we love and that everything falls into place through the little things we do on a daily basis, through the people we meet every day and all the influences, all the stuff you did inside. All these things fall into place because they also create positive consequences for your own well-being. And you will be the first to see it. Also because you'll be at the forefront. All this is for you.

One more thing to avoid guilty feelings. You need to know that it's fairly simple yet not very easy. The simplest things are not necessarily easy to apply. It's okay if you have trouble at first and then say “I didn't listen to myself”, etc. The first step is the will to change and implement new things within you. The rest will follow progressively. It's just like when you learn to ride a bike. So you shouldn't feel guilty, take it easy — as easy as possible. Make it fun too, it helps a lot. Also, don't take things too seriously, be light and consider that you'll have a whole new day tomorrow to improve. The great thing is that's the purpose of our being here so no strain.

Self-Love: How to Stay Centred in Times of Trouble

To stay centred and aligned with yourself is the same as maintaining your inner peace. You cannot achieve inner peace while focusing your attention on the outside. In other words, in times of trouble, I can't wait for things on the outside to turn right in order to find inner peace because it will never happen. It's been this way for thousands of years on this planet with all the crimes committed against humans, animals and everything.

You cannot be at peace while waiting for the outside world to be at peace. No, you need to find your own peace first as it's only when eight billion human beings find their own inner peace that things will begin to change and that peace can be created. Peace needs to be created inside first and not until everything settles down on the outside. It's not “Okay, now everything's fine so I'm fine too!” It's not the way it goes.

So how can you stay centred in times of trouble?

Of course, we're constantly affected by external sources from people under stress, news on TV,  social media... anything which has a negative impact and which you consume just like junk food. At this point, it's very important to limit those influences.

It's exactly the same as when you eat candy all day. Make no mistake, after a while it's going to affect your health. You will develop tooth cavities, become overweight or... I don't know. There are many possible consequences. Same here: what you watch, what you listen to, what you understand, and the folks you hang around with do have a tremendous impact on your state of mind and your state of being.

First of all, you'll need to be even more selective within because you will be constantly subjected to negative influences. Thus you feel urged to dig deep, sort things out, etc., and in addition, it truly sucks your energy because it's very hard to stay afloat when you're exposed to toxic fumes all the time. It's hard not be impacted when all this toxicity is blown a you.

So the first thing is to surround yourself with the right people. There are people, in my opinion, whom I can love best if there is a safe distance between us. We do understand that they're dwelling in their own consequences and do not necessarily wish to create harmony within. It's either because they're unable to or because they don't get the point. In short, your role is not to convince them anyway. So these people have their own path to travel.

It doesn't mean you have to bear the consequences of their chosen path so you'll find there are people you appreciate better when they're not around and when you don't have to constantly interact with them because every time you do, you feel drained when you get back home or after a phone-call. I'm sure thousands of people experience this on a daily basis. They know when they get a call from this particular person that they will get drained and exhausted afterwards. There is a reason to that. These are warning signs. We are sensitive beings. We know and we feel things. We don't need to express them to feel them. So, it's important to limit the impact of external influences.

Some people come to me in a panic and say “Ahaa! There we go, I don't know who to believe or what to listen to. What's next, Lulu?” First of all, stop reading about anything and everything everywhere right now. What good does it do except delving into your fears? Do you want to control the future? Nobody knows, nobody can. The only thing you can control is your present moment in the Now. You need to stay aligned with it because the only thing you can control today is your state of being in the Now. You cannot hold anything outside of you, you cannot control events. But you can control yourself, yes you can. You can be the master of the thoughts transiting inside.

Acquiring mastery over involutive emotions for the common good

When you start getting mad at something —  a self-help concept I totally disagree with is when people say you need to live your emotions to the full. So when you're angry, you need to live your anger to the full! Come on, that 's how infanticides are committed every day. In two months during lockdown, hundreds of thousands of children got killed this way. So no, you don't do this. “I acknowledge there is a feeling of anger growing in me and I'm fully aware that it can hack me off and prompt me to take action in something totally uncentred.”

Anger can create an enormous storm within that will affect all my organs, awashing them with destructive energy and extremely low frequencies, and thus weaken my immune system. And later on, there will be a price to pay for this low-frequency storm. In addition, if I blow out and start throwing stuff or say things I don't mean, all my family will be impacted. I will have an impact with consequences that will reiterate over very long periods of time. For today, right now, we are still in the aftermath of what happened a long, long time ago.

To stop hurting yourself is also understanding that there are involutive emotions which do no not serve me and that I need to detect them before getting dispossessed of myself. Sorry, but when you're totally washed away with anger, you're no longer yourself, you are dispossessed of yourself. Hence the phrase: “ I was beside myself”. You're no longer yourself, it's not the light speaking through you, but the angst which dispossessed you. It's the angst speaking, not you. So now you need to understand and take responsibility for ceasing to give substance to such involutive feelings.

Imagine seven billion people doing that. There would be no more infanticides, in this specific case of anger. You would no longer get angry at a child or a woman, a man, an animal.. to kill them. So let's just imagine how the world itself would change if we acquired such mastery over involutive feelings. Self-love is far from being a fantasy land conspiracy!

Full awareness means being aware of what's going on through me and taking sole responsibility for it. Indeed, the world we live in today where courts try crimes of passion, which implies that we find excuses to the fact that someone may have been so much in love that they felt the urge to kill another. It only highlights a serious issue about the lack of self-control, self-awareness and self-development of this inner consciousness.

For me self-help (or self-development) is everything but personal. It has a universal reach. It a development which is common to everyone in fact. It's for the common good. The good of all. It's not a self thing.

Self-Help: How to Actually Love Yourself

In Love Always
Pros and cons usually are hatred.
They stare at me, assuming that
I am this girl whom I'm actually not.
Too fragile, going into exile,
Too many tell-tale nights
Alienating me from myself.

"Tandem", Vanessa Paradis (1990)

It seems only 'natural' in such an absurd world as ours, ruled by doublethink, to declare self-love as an egoistical, antisocial practice, if not a sure sign of sociopathy!

In fact, sociopaths are what they are because they have no self-love at all. How could they possibly give out something they don't have within? How can you hope to love people if you don't love yourself? How can you feel the love they send you if you can't feel it within you? Why would you expect sociopaths in power to promote anything else but self-loathing and hatred of others (who, by the way, are just our reflection in the mirror)?

From the perspective of the broken logic of our mental programming, such statements might sound totally ludicrous, stupid and preposterous to those who don't buy into this nonsense. If you're one of those, I am truly sorry for you dear friends, but maybe you stumbled upon this article because your Higher Self actually wanted to draw your attention?

If not, I sincerely hope this transcript from a a 30-minute long video by Lulumineuse will prove as helpful for you as it has been for me in your quest for happiness. Since it's a long read, I chose to divide it in three distinct parts which will be pos Ey@el

What is self-love and how can you love yourself? I think the most fundamental thing you need to understand first is that you need to approach it in reverse. Let me explain: instead of asking: “How can I love myself?”, you should ask: “How can I stop hurting myself?

I stop hurting myself when I let Love be. Love is already within because we are beings of pure Love (i.e. all our cells have been created by the Universal Abundance which is Love, the Source, God, the Tao... you name it). It is an infinite, universal creative force you find everywhere. It is omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent — it's Love and that's what we are. So “How can I love myself?” becomes “How can I stop hurting myself on a daily basis?”. A comprehensive reply would be: “I listen to myself”. Now the problem is “How can I listen to myself?

So how can I listen to myself, Lulu?

You should start with the most simple things, that is everything which takes place inside of you. Do you really love yourself when you torment yourself, brooding, harping on pervasive ideas which do not serve you and which poison and trap you? Do you really love yourself when from 9 to 11am, you consistently remind yourself that you have to hang out the laundry just like some kind of a persecutor would do and just as if it was actually a threat hanging over you? Do you really love yourself right now? No, you're actually hurting yourself. Because you blame yourself and you set up your own inner tyranny. These little details in your daily life show how you prevent yourself from loving yourself. You need to sort out pervasive thoughts, tormenting thoughts, and straining thoughts because they are like prison chains. Nothing can ever hurt you as much as your own thoughts. Nothing can ever upset you as much as your own thoughts.

And the first thing you need to understand is “What is it that I create inside?” “ What do I allow to happen inside of me?

I need to be the master of my own thoughts. It doesn't mean I need to be 'controlling'. It means that I need to manage the impact of my own thoughts on my body, on my psyche, and on the way I live. I don't want to worry all morning long because of that laundry thing. Whereas if I free myself from this thought and head for self-love... what does it mean? It means I make the choice to free myself from this castration, from this pressure (even if it's just an insignificant thought), and I choose to trust that Providence, the Love which applies to everything in the Universe, will provide a natural window (maybe at 10:39am) where everything falls into place so that I can hang out my laundry in five minutes and in good spirit.

This is what self-love feels like in you daily life. It is that simple, but 'that simple' uplifts your spirits everyday, while your mood also affects everyone's mood around like your family, your partner, your children, and even your pets if you have any. Your mood has tremendous impact on your close circle, but also on the people you meet during the day, whether it's through messaging or in the flesh. You bet it does, because your vibration is different!

You're no longer hypnotised by your own thoughts. You are in control of yourself i.e. you have done the sorting job so as to remain available and so are you for the people you meet. And thus you'll see who is available and who is not when you meet them. You will find that many people don't do that job. They are hypnotised, they're not in self-love for they actually don't even know that this is something you can work on. It is the first thing you need to be aware of.

How can I find self-reassurance?

The process we usually go through to find self-reassurance is actually a great source of anxiety. Do you really think that constantly reminding yourself you have to hang out the laundry in order to ensure it does get done is in any way appeasing? It is not and will create more anxiety! So, you need to understand that which you believe is reassuring for you actually creates the opposite. It is the complete opposite of feeling positive. This is control i.e. I keep the upper hand for sure, but I keep the upper hand on an external event of which I don't know all the specifics. I am still in a state of fear that it won't get done, which means I don't know what is going to happen. I have to hang out the laundry this morning because I won't be home this afternoon, so I must absolutely do it now. But who knows, in five minutes' time my kid may ask me something that will take me half an hour and I won't have time after that, I still have to tidy up the place, etc. I'm constantly trying to control things yet I do not get a grip on events. I don't know whether my kid will need help. I don't know whether my stuff... right now, I might trip on something and then I will need to tidy the room. I have no idea what might happen. The only control I can have is over myself.

What does “how to cope with inner stuff” mean?

It means I need to find self-reassurance, but how? Well, through example. Because you have gained this mastery, you have controlled this thought saying to yourself “there will be a window where my laundry gets done”, you apply it to everything. And all of a sudden, given that you have let go and that your mind is greatly available, everything falls in its right place. You get ideas that could never have crossed your mind before because you were totally busy and overwhelmed. And given that you have made space, a new availability sets in. And born of this new availability is a new organisation. This organisation is more intuitive, more instinctive and thus is based on Love — where do you think intuition comes from? It comes from the Great Force, the Great Intelligence hence Love! So, when you make room for this intuitive space, all of a sudden, you find that at 10:37am everything gets done... wow! So now, I have five minutes to go and hang out my laundry. It's amazing how everything worked out in the end!

Therefore out of this comes experience. And with experience you grow an ever-increasing faith. That I know it will be taken care of because I am a vibrating energy, I know what I have vibrated, and I know that all this energy, all this whole which I'm part of, responds in harmony with what I'm vibrating. The Universe doesn't work against me, I work with the Universe.

So, in the first instance, there I am nurturing the same thought and I have the impression that things work against me so I need to control them while I actually have no power over them. But in the second instance, when I decide to free myself, I can feel that together we work in harmony and that I will be given a window to do what I have asked for because this is how I need to do it. This is what self-love is like. It starts with respecting and trying not to control all the life involved around you, ignoring your own thoughts which eventually hide from you the availability to do things.

To be continued soon...

The Importance of Emotional Neutrality

According to self, it's as if we should remain in a state of emotional trance where we are super positive all the time. But it's all wrong! Because it's actually extrapolating. It's all about the divided principles as explained in another video.

You can be in a high or low polarity emotional state. So, when you are in a high polarity, it's going to be extremely difficult to remain there. You cannot sustain it because a high polarity will automatically attract a low polarity. And you know why? It's because a connecting point is expected — the perfect point of neutrality.

So, through the law of attraction, that high polarity when you really feel “so happy, so thrilled, so elated” is inevitably bound to bring on a moment where you will feel the opposite (because everything is ruled by the law of attraction). Therefore, you need not to reside in any polarity but at the junction point, ie neutrality.

It amuses me because, not so long ago, my husband was so elated and ecstatic about leaving, I told him: “Stop it, can you just calm down!

Yes, but I feel so happy! I'm SO happy!

The problem is you're super happy NOW, but don't you realise every time you end up irritated and upset maybe within the next hour.

Because exactly as I said one polarity brings on its opposite.

No, I won't!

And right after he starts getting tired of driving and everything.

Oh, I've had enough, I need to stop ! Argh, I've missed the exit again!

I tell him: “Look at yourself now, can't you see?

And the truth is you don't always realise it.

Finding the point of neutrality doesn't mean you can't be ecstatic, but feeling this way sends our emotions on a roller-coaster and it's no good for emotional control. You can be perfectly neutral and yet have a sense of fulfilment. You don't need to be totally ecstatic and jump up and down. You can be serene and feel fulfilled. This is what true neutrality feels like. In addition, it allows detachment.

Have You Fallen for the Big Fat Law of Attraction Lie?

In addition to the article below, a recent quote from Lulumineuse posted on her Instagram account which should support the concept of the LOA and hopefully help you understand why it didn't work for you so far. Yes, doubts, always. A bit like sowing a seed and spending your time digging it up to check whether it's started sprouting.

Entertaining positive thoughts is by no means the ultimate path to ascension. Many people tend to believe such practice will bring them satisfaction and fulfil all their desires often aimed at material gain. Wanting a new car, a new house, their next family trip... Thus they practice a mental activity on purpose which will turn out much harder than they would have thought. Actually, your mind is in no way in charge of manifesting the divine thought nor projecting it onto the heavens of godsend abundance. Your mind alone cannot forge what the Universe undertakes for you. To make demands on the Universe, you must accept to that the Universe makes demands on you. Meaning that you have to become the messenger of your own light, of the workings of Love/the Universal Intelligence in your own sanctuary more than a mere persona who views their desires according to their structural patterns and conditioning. In order to properly align with your genuine aspirations, it is not enough to seek to convince yourself inwardly or to seek to convince the Universe while being afraid of thinking negatively. You need to release yourself from the conditioning which contains all your fears and doubts by consciously entertaining your faith that everything is being taken care of. Once you start cultivating more transparency regarding what stirs up your own emotions and mind, the fog surrounding their activity will clear up, allowing you to align with the higher universal information which will guide your steps without any doubt that it will manifest.

So yes, the LOA is a big scam in the way it is sold to us. Indeed, we are wrongfully told, on purpose, that it works by focusing almost obsessively on the expected result whereas it actually requires us to completely let go off any expectation. I have recently experienced it and it was like having an epiphany for me upon realising that I had already used it several times in the past and I didn't know it. My mind, which is usually extremely creative in producing objections of all sorts, had nothing to argue this time. Hip hip hip hurrah! In short, to set the LOA into motion, you need to imagine, feel and state what you want. Then, you must take action accordingly (for instance, changing a habit may be considered as taking action) and put all your heart and energy into it, then just let go. All you need to do is move on to something else while remaining open to the opportunities that will come your way... when you least expect them. Lucky people are simply applying the LOA (often unknowingly) while surfing on the flow of life. The most important thing is you must learn to remain available in your head. Actually, the principle of the LOA is so simple many people don't believe it (while making it work the opposite way by attracting the very things they fear most). So if you've been trying unsuccessfully and for a long time, try again with the correct instructions this time. Start with small things you're not very much attached to and vaya con dios!

The Law of Attraction is big business. It’s what’s given “The Secret” author Rhonda Byrne a net worth of over $100 million dollars – the theory that if you think positively and focus hard enough on the outcome of what you desire, the Universe will manifest it into your reality, before your very eyes. So it comes as zero surprise that countless more identikit self-help gurus, thought leaders and spiritual experts have hopped hot onto the bandwagon like eager bunnies since Byrne’s book was published back in 2004.

In slightly different guises, they all peddle pretty much the same exact taglines – That what you focus your mind (and feelings) on the most, is what the Universe will provide for you. So positive thinking and feeling equals positive outcomes (equals even more positive bank balances).

How to Steer Away From Fear in These Critical Times

There's an empty space inside my heart
Where the weeds take root.
And now I'll set you free...

"Lotus Flower", Radiohead (2011)

In fact, you need to proceed like with children and remove anxiety-generating sources. My kids, I'm not letting them watch R-rated films because it won't be of any help to them at all. Well, the same goes for us. If listening to the radio, watching TV or even connecting to your social media accounts triggers anxiety all the time, then stop it!

I for one have removed all keywords from my searches (they do phishing with keywords to suggest articles) such as Covid19, Corona Virus... I don't care about these. I don't want to be constantly informed on the death toll or stuff like that. I cut myself off from all anxiety-provoking sources or those which could potentially become one.

It's a well-known fact that newscasts are not something positive. Actually there are good news every day but no media outlet ever reports them. So let's cut off from anxiety-provoking sources.

Which doesn't mean we should cut ourselves off from information, but simply that when I'm able to search for requested information, I go get it myself and I don't want to receive it when I haven't asked for it.

Tend To Your Inner Space

And then there's something else: the main cause of stress and fear may actually come from my own thoughts. For example, if I'm told: “Watch out because something terrible will happen to you”, these words will resonate within like a thought. They will become a thought-form which will stay in and keep spinning round and round. I'm going to wonder “Why did they say that? Oh my God, what does it mean?” and I will create more thoughts.

A whole process is being put into place — a mechanism is triggered to produce a huge number of other thoughts, all stemming from this initial thought. And thereby I will hold onto these thoughts and will be totally blinded and hypnotised by them.

It's essential to understand that we have to get rid of the hypnosis for it actually originates from our own thoughts. Therefore I need to come back to my senses for a while and ask myself: “Wait a minute, within this mess of accumulated thoughts inside my head, which one is of any help to me? None? Alright, so I don't need to hold onto these thoughts, none of them does help me.” Which means that if there's a solution, it's not in there anyway. So dismiss these thoughts!

When you tend to your garden, you know what to do. So why can't we tend to our inner space? I find it extraordinary that we totally ignore our mental hygiene! We do care about body hygiene, house cleaning, but we allow awful thoughts to pile up within us, lots of emotions such as “30 years ago, he told me this”!

We keep a lot of stuff like this in some sort of an old attic where we've never been and yet we find it perfectly normal!

Our Mind Must Become A Fertile New Ground

In fact, this is not normal at all. And mostly, this is not the path we're heading to as we're on the path of free fulfilled humanity.

Free of what? Not free from governments or society, but free from ourselves, free from our own thoughts — free from our own inner prison. For once you understand that the only thing which can hold you prisoner is your own thoughts, you are free. No one can force anything onto you anymore since you're are free from your thoughts. You become an actor, someone who can create.

A very simple example: if I ask you to draw something great on printed paper, it will be hard. We should always start on new ground. So I absolutely need to be a fertile new ground and in order to be so, I have to stop constantly filling my inner blank sheet with billions of thoughts and concerns.

Researchers Find That Laughing at Yourself Can Make You Happy

Today is both Easter and April Fool's Day. A blessed day for sadists of all kinds, cathos and a***s alike who'll go ahead and feel free of doing whatever they want under the cloak of religion or humorous subterfuge to torture/torment their brethen.

Normally, I would enjoy the irony of celebrating fools (as if you needed permission to do that) and seize the opportunity to indulge in expressing my true nature freely, but for some mysterious reason I didn't feel like it at the time of writing. So I'll follow my heart and ignore socio-cultural dictates (except for Big Jim's finger on the above picture which is purely intended even though not the right finger). Therefore you won't get any of the traditional “Happy Easter” nor the usual cheap prank from me this time. Instead I'm reposting Carrey's selfie tweet from last year which speaks for itself plus a short article to urge you to nurture healthy humour in full awareness (and not just to avoid addressing your unease or to manipulate others). A topic I have already covered at length in some articles of my own (only available in French), also a current practice for me as you may have noticed and which I'm certainly not about to give up — never ever. It's just that I can't help going against trends because I do enjoy a good nose thumb sometimes as opposed to thumb noses.

Happy egg and fool hunting!

Laughter being the best medicine is already a widely held belief. Whether you’re making yourself laugh or the people around you, the sudden change in one’s emotional state can be seen as an extremely effective cerebral hack, breaking a loop of negative emotions and thought patterns. Positive feelings create positive thoughts, which create positive actions, leading to a healthier and happier lifestyle. So it comes as no surprise that a research team based at the University of Granada (Spain) have found that even a self-deprecating sense of humour has no ties to low self-esteem or depression. They, in fact, discovered that those who employ a self-deprecating sense of humour tend to be happier and more socially adjusted than the average person.
