All You Need Is Love, Love – Love Is All You Need

Love beyond any version of the word that human minds can contemplate awaits in 5-D and Infinity. It has been patiently waiting all along for minds to awaken from their induced coma. The heart-opening I have been saying would come for so long – that I was told about during my own awakening in 1990 – is now here for unprecedented numbers in the simulation era. This is the reason those people are being targeted by the forces of schism and inversion. They seek to close our hearts with fear. We must not let them and if we don’t succumb we shall prevail. The Nag Hammadi quote said of the Archon effect on humanity: ‘… they closed their hearts’. Researcher Paul Levy refers to Wetiko as a ‘frigid, icy heart, devoid of mercy’.

Look at Schwab, Gates, Fauci, Whitty, Trudeau, Freeland, Biden, Johnson, Macron, Draghi, Ardern, Morrison, ad infinitum. What do you see? Frigid, icy hearts, devoid of mercy. Levy adds that the way to ‘defeat’ evil is not to try to destroy it by playing Wetiko’s game. It is rather to find the invulnerable place within ourselves where evil cannot vanquish us. That ‘place’ is love and 5-D awareness. We should never forget that Wetiko and its manifestations in form need us. We don’t need them.

Wetiko/Yaldabaoth/Satan/Saytan/Iblis and its Cult are dependent on us to survive. Levy writes:

A vampire has no intrinsic, independent, substantial existence in its own right; it only exists in relation to us. The pathogenic, vampiric mind-parasite called wetiko is nothing in itself – not being able to exist from its own side – yet it has a ‘virtual reality’ such that it can potentially destroy our species [...] The fact that a vampire is not reflected by a mirror can also mean that what we need to see is that there’s nothing, no-thing to see, other than ourselves. The fact that wetiko is the expression of something inside of us means that the cure for wetiko is with us as well. The critical issue is finding this cure within us and then putting it into effect.

The character in The Matrix known as the Merovingian, says: ‘It is remarkable how similar the pattern of love is to the pattern of insanity.’ The Merovingian is a symbolic agent of the Matrix and so he would think that.

Without experiencing love of the Infinite kind, and what love makes you do and stand for, it would appear to be insanity to Wetiko. But this love is what holds infinity together; it’s the foundation, the first and last, of everything.

Once you are touched by it and access its gifts of wisdom and knowing you are never the same again. I know that is true. It touched me on a hill in Peru in 1990. We speak of the human spirit when we are really speaking of expanded awareness beyond ‘human’. We are capable of amazing creativity and acts of courage, determination, kindness, and love. We see it all the time amid the madness and self-destruction.

These are all expressions of our natural state, our default position – love in its Infinite Sense. Wetiko cannot stay where love reigns and the entire foundation of its focus is to block the manifestation of love within its target hearts and minds. The realisation that we are not ‘human’, but a state of expanded awareness trapped in the illusion of ‘human’, will trigger our conscious connection to who we really are – love. Simply love. We have been manipulated to forget that and it is time to remember. What happens from here depends upon it. Love is not limited to attraction. In its true sense it does not require attraction. Nor is love a word that ushers so easily from the lips whether or not you mean it or understand it. People who have told me most often how much they love me and support my work have provided some of the biggest challenges to me and my work and I have seen those who talk about love so full of hatred that they seek to destroy others. Words are easy.

Love in its purest form is not so easy to express in a world that seeks its elimination. But we must seek to be that love, for it is who we really are.

This love is not ‘I love you’. It is ‘I love’. This love is not the human love of mere attraction. It comes not from the groin, but the heart which is our connection to the Infinite Love that we are. This love is without fear for it knows there is nothing to fear. We are Infinite Forever and we remain so no matter what our current experience may be. This love will always do what it knows to be right and will never be swayed from that by fear of consequences. To consider consequences is to consider not doing what you know to be right and this love would never do that. This love is not to be felt. It is to be. It is not a feeling, it is a being, an isness.

This love comes from a transformation of self-identity. Know that the body and the world of ‘human’ is illusion. Hold that awareness always. Know that you are Infinite Consciousness and you will reconnect with the True ‘I’ – love. The energy of worldwide freedom marches and events is so different because of this. Love is the energy, the being, the perception, the isness, that will change our reality and return us to paradise. We only have to open our hearts and live what they tell us to live.

Who am I? I am All That Is, Has Been, And Ever Can Be, having a brief experience called ‘human’.

Who are you?

The same.

Live it, be it, and everything shall change.

Make Your Resource States Immediately Available

The notion of anchoring is one of the central concepts of NLP (neurolinguistic programming — Ed.). It concerns a natural phenomenon which consists in associating an external stimulus to an internal state. The memory trigger is a famous example of spontaneous anchoring. By eating a sponge finger cake, Proust remembers in greatest detail a scene from his childhood. In this case, the trigger is a taste (stimuli) which awakens nostalgia (internal state). There are many other possibilities of anchorings. We can have associated the first notes of a song to a very joyful evening or the image of a beach with the sensation of relaxation. Most anchors are unconscious, but we can create them deliberately. Then, instead of undergoing a particular mood, we can choose it. Anchoring is one of the simplest ways of taking control of your mood and having access to an array of resource states.

We call ‘resource states’, the states which are optimal to live a situation (courage, relaxation or concentration) and ‘limiting states’ those which hinder and damage us (stress, fear, lack of motivation, etc.).

Managing internal states consists in choosing the adequate internal state in a given situation, being able to engage it and knowing how to remain in this state during the situation. In parallel, we learn to avoid entering invalidating states and to deactivate them. We can also create beforehand positive anchors which will be activated when needed.

Being able to draw from one’s wealth, the question to ask is: ‘What is the most appropriate internal state to face this situation?

Find a previous situation where you lived this positive state. Mentally relive the scene with your five senses until you intensely get in touch with the resource state then associate it to a sensory anchoring: a pressure on the skin or a small victorious “Yes!” Personally, I like the anchoring which consists in closing the fist as if we were holding our internal state in our hand. So that the anchor works, you need to place it as soon as you enter this resource state entirely. Then, by doing the exact same gesture, the resource state returns with the same intensity. Do not choose a gesture that is too common; the anchor would be quickly worn out by other requests. Contrary to behaviouristic practices, if the anchor is well placed, it is not necessary to repeat it, to guarantee longetivity.

All the resources necessary for your evolution are inside you. You can now condemn the access to your old highways of gloom, discouragement and rumination. Anchor all these beautiful resources which you have in you: your state of awakening and curiosity, your benevolence, your optimism…

For example, now, which resource do you need to integrate your overefficiency? I would personally suggest you anchor a curiosity and pure wonderment like a child who discovers a park with swings. So you shall study yourselves by thinking “What a beautiful brain! It is fantastic to be able to be a lemur in my tree-like thoughts! Yahoo, it’s so fast in my head!

As I Began to Love Myself...

Charlie Chaplin is best known today as a comedian who starred in silent films from 1920 through 1950, recognizable even today by his iconic moustache and hat. While many people can still identify him as a silent film star, few people know just how insightful and intelligent he was.

The scene from The Great Dictator in which Charlie speaks of our connectedness as human beings, our inherent rights on the planet, and how we have lost our way because of greed, is perhaps our greatest indication of the mind behind the man. Even though he passed away some 50 years ago, his legacy lives on and he continues to inspire us daily with amazing insight, wisdom, and humour. The following poem offers his unique and perceptive understanding of self-love. (Source)

P. S.: Many thanks to La Luciole for his help researching archive footage. I would also like to dedicate this article to my late great uncle Charley from Kansas who was a contemporary and great fan of Charlie Chaplin.

As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody if I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me. Today I call it “RESPECT”.

As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow. Today I call it “MATURITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm. Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.

As I began to love myself I quit stealing my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for the future. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm. Today I call it “SIMPLICITY”.

As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism. Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.

As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.

As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worrying about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where everything is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.

As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born. Today I know “THAT IS LIFE”!

Let Go of the People Who Aren’t Ready to Love You

Those words by Anthony Hopkins (Hannibal the Cannibal in The Silence of the Lambs) — “Let go of people who aren't ready to love you yet! This is the hardest thing you'll have to do in your life and it will also be the most important thing: stop giving your love to those who aren't ready to love you yet” — that have been shared on social media, since 2020, in a meme format but also as part of an essay-length piece — were actually not written by Hopkins.

The original text, which appears to have been slightly modified and attributed to the British actor, was indeed published two years before Hopkins name was mentioned, by essayist Brianna Wiest on Thought Catalog. She's also published similar works in a book. I just wanted the truth to be re-established.

That said, this phenomenon of misattributing quotes to famous figures is quite common on social media and I would urge you to be thorough and vigilant as regards the sources of whatever you're sharing, lest you inadvertently spread false truths and ultimately lose credibility.

I hope you enjoy my video adaptation. Please, go and like it on YouTube and Crowdbunker.

Let go of the people who aren’t ready to love you. It is the hardest thing you will ever have to do, and it will also be the most important: stop giving your love to those who aren’t ready to love you.

Stop having hard conversations with people who don’t want to change. Stop showing up for people who are indifferent about your presence. Stop prioritizing people who make you an option. Stop loving people who aren’t ready to love you.

I know that your instinct is to do whatever you can to earn the good graces of everyone you can, but that is also the impulse that will rob you of your time, your energy and your sanity.

When you start showing up to your life wholly and completely, with joy and interest and commitment, not everyone is going to be ready to meet you there.
It doesn’t mean you need to change who you are. It means you need to stop loving people who aren’t ready to love you.

If you’re left out, subtly insulted, mindlessly forgotten about or easily disregarded by the people you spend the most time with, you’re doing yourself an incredible disservice by continuing to offer your energy and life to them.

The truth is that you are not for everyone, and everyone is not for you. That’s what makes it so special when you do find the few people with whom you have a genuine friendship, love or relationship: you’ll know how precious it is because you’ve experienced what it isn’t.

But the longer you spend trying to force someone to love you when they aren’t capable, the longer you’re robbing yourself of that very connection. It is waiting for you. There are billions of people on this planet, and so many of them are going to meet you at your level, vibe where you are, connect with where you’re going.

But the longer you stay small, tucked into the familiarity of the people who use you as a cushion, a back burner option, a therapist and a ploy for their emotional labor, the longer you keep yourself out of the community you crave.

Maybe if you stop showing up, you’ll be less liked.

Maybe you’ll be forgotten about altogether.

Maybe if you stop trying, the relationship will cease.

Maybe if you stop texting, your phone will stay dark for days and weeks.

Maybe if you stop loving someone, the love between you will dissolve.

That doesn’t mean you ruined a relationship. It means that the only thing sustaining a relationship was the energy you and you alone were putting into it.

That’s not love. That’s attachment.

The most precious, important thing that you have in your life is your energy. It is not your time that is limited, it is your energy. What you give it to each day is what you will create more and more of in your life. What you give your time to is what will define your existence.

When you realize this, you’ll begin to understand why you’re so anxious when you spend your time with people who are wrong for you, and in jobs or places or cities that are wrong, too.

You’ll begin to realize that the foremost important thing you can do for your life and yourself and everyone you know is to protect your energy more fiercely than anything else.

Make your life a safe haven in which only people that can care and listen and connect are allowed.

You are not responsible for saving people.

You are not responsible for convincing them they want to be saved.

It is not your job to show up for people and give away your life to them, little by little, moment by moment, because you pity them, because you feel bad, because you “should,” because you’re obligated, because, at the root of it all, you’re afraid to not be liked back.

It is your job to realize that you are the master of your fate, and that you are accepting the love you think you’re worthy of.

Decide you’re deserving of real friendship, true commitment and complete love with people who are healthy and thriving.

Then wait in the darkness, just for a little bit…

… And watch how quickly everything begins to change.

Stepping Out of the Persona

Reading this some thirty pages long mini ebook by Lulumineuse on ego – which she calls “Persona” or “Mask" – I could not help thinking of the eponymous Mask movie featuring Jim Carrey. Of course, “masks” in “real” life are not so grotesque, however that's the idea (and by the way, any irony with existing mandatory masks is purely coincidental).

As always, Lulu provides practical examples from her real-life experience to explain the mask concept, why it undermines all relationships (including the relationship with oneself), and how we can get rid of it for greater well-being both for us and for society. This reading was so enlightening, I felt urged to share it with someone I like a lot. Unfortunately he's not fluent in French, which gave me the idea to translate it with the author's blessing, who turned out to be as excited as I was at the idea. A challenge I'm proud to have taken up for myself but also for all those who will thus be able to discover these precious teachings in a language they can understand.

Below is a large excerpt representing approximately one fourth of the entire text which you may download for free here :

How do we behave when we step into our persona or, inconversely, when we are ourselves? How can we avoid getting carried away by our own persona or other people's in everyday life? How can we keep a check on ourselves and align with our magnificent, luminous, and loving True Self?

Stepping out of the persona is the basis of all relationships.

At birth we do not wear a mask as we haven't built a persona yet. It is precisely because they are fully themselves that babies are so fascinating. Take my three-year-old daughter for instance. She is fully herself and devoid of any built form. She does have personality characteristics, but they're not locked into a persona or a role. The persona is actually the role we create for ourselves and retreat into.

This is not a bad thing. It is just an armour, a constructed identity we rely on in order to survive. But this is a real issue when people identify with this constructed identity only, which we may call persona hypnosis. This identity is growing increasingly detached from our True Self, from who we are deep inside. It could be likened to the Small I – the ego self.

In such a situation, we'll tend to endure life rather than perceive it. We'll entertain the belief that everything happening originates from outside, that we are separate from everything. Thus, we do not think we have created what befalls us and rather feel that life hits us. In so identifying with our persona, we cut ourselves off altogether.

We all have our unique way of sustaining this persona. Taking time to figure it out together is already stepping out of the persona. After a while, in our own time, we take off the mask of who we thought we were – the constructed persona. In doing so, we can see what is actually behind it. Right there is an entity, a primal energy. We reconnect to this energy and gradually choose to espouse this truly divine identity, which is way beyond our worldly identity. It is the light within each one of us. It may scare the persona as it could lose its identity. For we are gradually removing the various layers as a pilgrim would – “peeling off” the layers.

This is how we could introduce this concept of persona and True Self.

Incidentally, persona is a Latin word referring to the theatrical mask worn by stage actors.

When we step out of the persona, even though we may, of course, step back in anytime, we're getting better at not locking ourselves within. In addition, communicating with people stuck in their persona may be difficult. So we feel as if we were living in a great theatre play where we have taken our mask off and they haven't. Their persona thus still permeates their responses.

We want to tell them that the play is over, that they can step out of their role, but it's not possible as everything you say is then chosen and interpreted by their persona. It is therefore hard to talk with someone who hasn't dropped their mask.

The persona doesn't want to listen to what you're telling them because it finds it weird and makes everything about them. Do not feed the persona. It is never the gateway to what nourishes the soul. It seeks to respond, not to listen. Besides, there is no point in criticising the persona since we all are at times. The key for not stepping into and staying in the persona and hypnosis has been given to us a long time ago in The Four Agreements, which we will discuss right now. Then we will take a pragmatical look at those specific moments in our life when we step into the persona as well as look at all the keys and tools for not dwelling init and for embodying our true identity – our own unique identity.

When I created my blog, I wrote: “When Lucile becomes Lulumineuse”. Lucile Houssin is my worldly identity and I do not wish to keep this mask. This is not what I am. Beyond our names and surnames, we are all the Light.
